·        What should I avoid?
Answer: Avoid junk foods, avoid excessive feeding and avoid food with a high calorie level
2. Exercise regularly
Exercise is very important, not just for weight loss but also in keeping the body fit. Exercise is a good way of burning calories.
3. Drink enough water
It is advisable to take an average of eight (8) glasses of water daily. Taking a glass of water before each meal would help reduce appetite thereby preventing overfeeding in the process.
